Actors Brief: This service consists of role playing difficult employees to help managers work through a particular issue. Each manager explains a particular difficult employee with whom the manager will have to give a review and I play the part of that difficult employee. Afterwards, we'll follow up with coaching and feedback session.
Communication Model: A fun workshop in which I teach you how to communicate more effectively. Included is an overview of leadership and its imperative of accountable communication; delivery of the five components of the model; Q and A; evaluation form for each participant to evaluate me and share the value they experienced.
The communication model has five separate segments that as a whole are effective in
respectful delivery resulting in the listener remaining engaged. To further illustrate, this model supports accountability rather than pointing the finger. To this end, it serves as a communication channel in which the listener effectively understands and the communicator is clearly heard.
This model is very useful for conflict resolution, giving feedback and evoking unconscious
agenda, but is not necessarily used only for difficult communications. Using this model can provide a way to check the potential difference between your reality and another’s.
